Tooling for forming ULA T34VG1 leads

For those cases when you have to assemble a device on a ULA T34VG1 ( for example, a new «ALF TV Game»), you need to beautifully shape the contacts of the BMK microcircuit. Previously, I′d managed to do this with tweezers, but it turned out uneven and unsightly. Then I thought I could develop a kind of press mold into which the BMK chip would be placed, the halves of the mold would be pressed together, and the pins would bend as needed. Ultimately, I managed to make two types of press molds out of plastic (using a 3D printer)—one for BMK in a plastic case and one for BMK in a metal-ceramic case:
